These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Guddzo.com and purchases made from Guddzo. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, artwork, specifications and availability accurately. Screen settings and production methods may cause minor colour or placement variations. Products and variants may be changed or withdrawn when unavailable.
Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges and Cash on Delivery fees are shown before the order is placed. Discount eligibility is determined by the published offer rules. Payments may be completed using the methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping within India
Shipping is charged once per order. A ₹59 shipping charge applies when the cart subtotal after coupon discounts is below ₹999. Shipping is free when the discounted subtotal is ₹999 or above. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by production time, destination, courier serviceability or circumstances outside our control.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact admin@guddzo.com immediately if an order needs to be cancelled or corrected. Changes or cancellation are possible only before the order enters production or processing. Once printing, production or dispatch has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Because products are prepared to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, materially misprinted, incomplete or incorrect are reviewed according to our Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, delivery, size, colour and phone-model information. Additional delivery or reshipping costs caused by incorrect information, refusal, unavailable COD payment or repeated failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Accounts and website use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Guddzo branding, page content, graphics and original artwork may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Guddzo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by website interruption, courier delay or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Indian consumer law.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them when store operations or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its publication date.
