Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders ₹999+ after discounts; otherwise ₹59.
The threshold is based on the value of products after discounts. A separate ₹50 Cash on Delivery fee applies when you choose COD; free shipping does not waive this fee. Your applicable shipping charge and any COD fee are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cancellation or Order Changes
Because our products may be processed shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or modification requests should be made as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or production, we may not be able to cancel it or make changes to the product, size, phone model, design, or delivery details.
Please double-check your order information before completing your purchase.
Returns and Damaged Items
No change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including incorrectly selected sizes or phone models.
If your item arrives damaged, email admin@guddzo.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video.
We’ll review the evidence and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. This does not affect statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
